It is always great to hear form your book publisher with
good news. HOOKED-Sales are up! Especially in the Ebook catagory. It is great
to know that now after it’s release over 6 years ago, my first novel is still
spreading like wildfire.
The really cool thing is not only are sales up in the United
States, but in Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
The Magnolia Tree continues to bloom!

Jim Baugh Outdoors TV
has been diligently working at re-mastering our 30 year library of television.
The programs that our studio is re-mastering are in the widescreen format and
edited from original NTSC broadcast tapes. We are continuing to put the shows
up on our YouTube Channel where they will remain forever.
There are not many outdoor programs that are able to
make available their catalog online and span close to three decades. Although
we post our new HD and 4k programs online as well as broadcast, our number 1
playlist is our show archives and we are very proud of that.
It is interesting to go back and see how the advancing technology
has changed things. The new development in underwater
cameras and drone technology simply enable JBOTV to film things that were not
even possible back in the days of three quarter and beta sp. It truly is an
exciting time to be a producer of outdoor television and the best is yet to
come.
We would like to thank all our viewers over the many years
who have followed our program and our sponsors that continue to support us.

From offshore WW2 wreck diving, to the Summer Solstice and Strawberry Moon, to MONSTER Rockfish, it has been a busy year for Jim Baugh Outdoors.
Here are our top 5 pics from 2016! Some pretty incredible filming and more work than I care to think about. Just our 2:58 Solstice Moon film took 30 straight days of filming around the clock.
Currently JBOTV has finished filming the Rockfish season and is now in preparation for producing various marine products at the various boat shows. Tis the season!

Winter 2017 Neopolitan Pizza Wood Fired Grill Roundup Jim Baugh Outdoors TV
Pizza Time!
We have been working with the Kettle Pizza Grill for over a
year now and have made many great pies with this set up. The first issue we had
was getting proper heat balance between the deck and dome This was eventually
accomplished by adding a baking steel in the dome and a second stone on the
deck. The second stone made for a cooler (around 500 degree) deck while the
dome with the baking steel maintained 900 to 1000 degrees. These temp ranges allowed
us to bake anywhere from 30 to 45 seconds to under 2 minutes.
Below are four of our films highlighting pizza baking around
the 26, 41, 58, and 90 second mark. they aren't perfectm but darn good! We have also now pretty much perfected homemade mozzarella cheese and fresh strained tomato sauce made from garden vine
ripe tomatoes and basil.
It has been a great journey figuring how to get the grill
set up where it continually pops out nice neo pies. Also posted below is a link
to our recipe page.
All in all, you can never beat a real wood fired oven for
maintaining long term consistent heat, we just don’t have the place for it
right now. So on the portable side, these grill set ups do a very good job as
long as you can get the heat balance correct.
